For Coffee and Something to Eat in the Car
Hollow Bread Co., a small bakery on the way into town, opens at 6am and is usually out of their sourdough by 10. Worth timing your drive around if you're heading out early for a hike.
For a Casual Lunch
The Anders General Store, twelve minutes from the lodge, runs a sandwich counter out of the back of an old feed store. No seating to speak of — take it to the river.
For Dinner Off-Property
Cedar & Salt, a small seafood-forward restaurant in downtown Cedar Hollow, is the one place locals actually book ahead for. Reservations recommended on weekends; the concierge can call ahead for you.
For Wine and Cider
Anders Valley Cider Co. and Ridge Line Wines are both part of our Cider & Wine Trail experience, but both also welcome walk-ins for tastings on weekends. Ridge Line's tasting room has the better view; Anders Valley's cider is the better souvenir.
For a Market Day
The Cedar Hollow Farmers Market runs Saturdays and Sundays, May through October, in the town square — produce, a few food stalls, and the occasional live music. Fifteen minutes from the lodge.
